A veteran of the thriving Atlanta and New York culinary scenes, Jay Swift is a former “Restaurateur of the Year” as voted by the Georgia Restaurant Association. Having run several award-winning kitchens, Swift brings immense passion and a modern approach to traditional American cooking.
Trained in classic French technique, Cassie Upshaw is our Associate Executive Chef. Over her career, Cassie has developed a passion for California fresh cuisine, fine dining and sustainable cooking.
