How many guest rooms are at The Harpeth Hotel?
The Harpeth has 119 elegantly appointed guest rooms featuring one king or two queen size beds. Within the guest rooms, we have a variety of suites to choose from depending on your length of stay and the occasion.
What kind of suites does The Harpeth have?
We have 3 different suites for your consideration for your stay with us at The Harpeth. The following is a description of our suites and you can view photographs in our gallery.
King Bed Corner Junior Suite with Balcony
In this corner suite-like room, guests can take in the fresh southern air on their step-out balcony with seating for two views of Historic Franklin. An exquisitely appointed guest room featuring one king-sized bed with a couch and a working desk. This suite does have a large soaking tub.
King Junior Suite with Juliet Balconies
In this suite, guests can take in the fresh southern air on their dual Juliet balconies with views of our tranquil courtyard. This exquisitely appointed guest suite features one king bedroom with a corner couch. In the adjacent living room is a seating area for families with a sofa bed and chair with an ottoman. For the business traveler, the suite includes extra space for meetings or entertaining. This suite does not have a large soaking tub.
In this one-bedroom suite, guests can enjoy views of our tranquil courtyard. There is extra space for entertaining and a large oversized bathroom to decompress from a long day of exploring. The suite does have a grand shower and a large soaking tub with an additional half bath in the living room portion.
Do your rooms have balconies?
Yes, several of our rooms do have balconies overlooking 2nd Avenue, Main Street, and the courtyard. When selecting your room during the reservation process, the balcony options will be specified.
What amenities are provided in the guest rooms and suites?
Our rooms have modern comforts that you would expect including 55” LCD televisions, in-room Keurig coffee makers, Wi-Fi, flexible workspace, Frette robes, slippers, steamers, drawer safe, hairdryer, and lit makeup mirrors.
Do your rooms have shower or bathtubs?
Our guest rooms mainly consist of walk-in showers with a small ledge/step into the shower. Our King Corner Junior Suites, Queen Corner Rooms, and Presidential Suites do have large soaking tubs. In addition, some of our ADA rooms have accessible tubs, which are not soaking tubs.
Do your rooms have safes?
Yes, the guest rooms do have safes. They are drawer safes for which you create your own security code. The safes are approximately 12" x 14" — large enough to accommodate numerous electronic devices.
What kind of pillows are in your guest rooms?
Our pillows are made of a down feather mix. If you are allergic to feathers, please contact an Ambassador at 615-206-7510 and we can arrange for foam pillows in your guest room prior to your arrival at The Harpeth.
Do your guest rooms have microwaves or refrigerators?
Our rooms do not have a refrigerator or microwave, although you can request one upon arrival or prior to arrival with our Ambassadors and they will arrange it for you.
Do you have connecting rooms?
Yes, we have a variety of room types that connect to each other although no suites connect to another room. This is based on availability and is not guaranteed.
Do you have rooms that are accessible?
Yes, we have a variety of rooms based on your needs for accessibility including roll-in showers, hearing impaired, and accessible tubs.
Is The Harpeth pet friendly?
Yes, we welcome your entire family including your pets. Your $100 non-refundable deposit includes a welcome treat bag, use of water/food bowls, and a bed if needed.
Do you provide contactless check-in?
Yes, you can check-in with the Honors App using the Digital Key. Honors Membership are complimentary, and you can sign-up on Hilton.com.
I did not receive my confirmation email for my stay. What should I do?
Please contact The Harpeth Ambassador at 615-206-7510 and they can verify your upcoming stay with us and confirm your email address. If you are an Honors Member, you may look at your upcoming stay and see your future reservations.
Do you have onsite parking?
Yes, our valet parking is $30 plus taxes per day with in and out privileges through the day.
Do your guest rooms have work desks?
Our guest rooms are set-up with a flexible workspace which you can utilize for meals and work. Our suites have desks for individuals that desire a dedicated space.
Are cribs, pack-n-plays or roll-a-ways available?
Yes, they are available. Please call one of our Ambassadors at 615-206-7510 to make arrangements to have one placed in your room prior to arrival.
