WHAT YOU WILL LEARN

Cocktail Class: Our house mixologist will guide you through the history of the classic fizz, exploring the ingredients, flavors, and techniques behind traditional fizz cocktails. Learn how egg whites are used in cocktails and the unique texture and balance they create, then craft and enjoy our signature Valentine’s Day cocktail—the Franklin Fizz.

Cooking Class: Chef Thomas will lead you and your partner through the process of making traditional gnocchi dough from scratch. After rolling and shaping your gnocchi, you’ll build your own dish using Chef Thomas’s special Valentine’s Day recipe. The experience concludes with a demonstration on finishing the pasta, followed by enjoying your handmade creation—afterwards, Chef Thomas will serve his signature Valentine’s Day dessert. Each couple will take home a keepsake recipe card to recreate the dish again.
