Scallops and Shrimp Agnolotti – Seared Scallops, Smoked Shrimp and Ricotta Agnolotti, Roasted Parsnip, Carrot Puree, Lemon Beurre Blanc, Dill, Caviar
14oz Prime Rib – Whipped Potato, Wild Mushrooms, Brussels Sprouts, Creamy Horseradish, Au Jus
We will also be holding our 2nd annual Pasta and Cocktail Making Class on Valentine’s Day!
Cocktail Class: Our House Mixologist will walk you through the history of Fizz’s along with the ingredients and flavors of traditional fizz drinks. You will learn about egg whites in cocktails and the unique flavors and texture they impart. You will then have the opportunity to make our Valentine’s Day special cocktail – The Franklin Valentine’s Day Fizz to sip & enjoy!
Cooking Class: Chef will walk you and your partner through the steps of making a traditional gnocchi dough. Then, after rolling out and shaping your gnocchi, you will get to fill and build your own dish with Chef Thomas’s special Valentine’s Day recipe. At the end, Chef Thomas will show you how to finish cooking the pasta and you will get to enjoy your own creation and take home a keepsake recipe card to make again.

Wagner Family of Wine featuring Caymus Pairing Dinner
Join us on Sunday, February 16th for our next Wine Pairing Dinner!
Join Chef Thomas Tuggle for an interactive dinner featuring experts on Caymus from the Wagner Family of Wine. The evening will start off with an interactive reception where you will have the opportunity to meet the chef and wine experts while enjoying a glass of bubbles prior to dining. Following the reception, Chef Thomas will guide you through a 4-course dinner in which he has prepared each dish with each specific wine pairing in mind. Each course will be paired with a glass of carefully curated wine from the Wagner Family.
