Hello and Welcome! We are so excited to welcome you to The Harpeth – a hotel with a thousand stories to unlock. We have listed a few items below to help guide your stay with us. Our hotel ambassadors are all here to help you relax and enjoy your stay, so please let us know if there is anything we can assist you with.
- Contacting Our Team: Our Ambassadors at the Front Desk are available in-person 24/7, so feel free to stop by and say hello. You can also reach them from the phone in your room by pressing the green button and dialing “0.” For your convenience, you can text us at 615-206-4947 or email us at guestservices@harpethhotel.com for assistance.
- Housekeeping Service: Daily Housekeeping Service will be provided during the day to keep your room nice and clean. To help you relax and unwind, the Housekeeping Team will also provide daily Turndown Service in the evenings (between 6pm-9pm). If you prefer not to have either of these services, please put the “Do Not Disturb” sign on your room.
- Dining: Some of the highest-rated dining options in Franklin are right here at The Harpeth. Reservations for 1799 Kitchen and Cocktails are strongly encouraged, especially on the weekends. To view all of our menus and hours of operation, please visit the Property Dining Tab below.
- Our incredible restaurant and café are open daily. Reservations are highly encouraged on weekends for 1799. Our guest services team will be delighted to assist. Regular hours of operation are:
- McGavock's Coffee Bar & Provisions – Open daily 7am – 3pm
1799 Kitchen and Cocktails - Open for dinner Sun-Thu 5pm – 9pm & Fri-Sat 5pm - 10pm. Saturday & Sunday Brunch 11am - 2pm. Lounge - Open Mon-Thu 3pm - 10pm, Fri 3pm - 11pm, Sat 11am - 11pm & Sunday 11am – 10pm - In Room Dining: Dining from the comfort of your room is as easy as an app. Simply scan the QR code placed on the shelf directly below your television. Menus are updated daily, and orders can be placed and charged through the site from 7am-10pm daily. If you prefer to place a more traditional order, give us a call at Ext 5611. Orders are typically delivered within 45 minutes; however, some orders do require a bit more time.
- Getting Around: We have maps of historic Franklin available at the desk and would be happy to point you in the right direction. This is a very walkable area, but if you need to arrange transportation, we recommend scheduling Uber or Lyft in advance. Our Harpeth Ambassadors can also assist you with setting up taxis and black car service.
- Checking Out: Check out time is at 12pm (noon). You can skip the desk at departure by dropping your keys in the Key Drop box near the elevators or by using your Hilton Honors App. Our Ambassadors will be at the desk for a traditional check out experience and to help you with any questions or requests you may have on your departure day.
