Hello and Welcome! We are so excited to welcome you to The Harpeth – a hotel with a thousand stories to unlock. We have listed a few items below to help guide your stay with us. Our hotel ambassadors are all here to help you relax and enjoy your stay, so please let us know if there is anything we can assist you with.

  • Contacting Our Team: Our Ambassadors at the Front Desk are available in-person 24/7, so feel free to stop by and say hello. You can also reach them from the phone in your room by pressing the green button and dialing “0.” For your convenience, you can text us at 615-206-4947 or email us at guestservices@harpethhotel.com for assistance.
  • Housekeeping Service: Daily Housekeeping Service will be provided during the day to keep your room nice and clean. To help you relax and unwind, the Housekeeping Team will also provide daily Turndown Service in the evenings (between 6pm-9pm). If you prefer not to have either of these services, please put the “Do Not Disturb” sign on your room.
  • Dining: Some of the highest-rated dining options in Franklin are right here at The Harpeth. Reservations for 1799 Kitchen and Cocktails are strongly encouraged, especially on the weekends. To view all of our menus and hours of operation, please visit the Property Dining Tab below.
  • Our incredible restaurant and café are open daily. Reservations are highly encouraged on weekends for 1799. Our guest services team will be delighted to assist. Regular hours of operation are:
  • McGavock's Coffee Bar & Provisions – Open daily 7am – 3pm
    1799 Kitchen and Cocktails - Open for dinner Sun-Thu 5pm – 9pm & Fri-Sat 5pm - 10pm.
    Saturday & Sunday Brunch 11am - 2pm.
    Lounge - Open Mon-Thu 3pm - 10pm, Fri 3pm - 11pm, Sat 11am - 11pm & Sunday 11am – 10pm
  • In Room Dining: Dining from the comfort of your room is as easy as an app. Simply scan the QR code placed on the shelf directly below your television. Menus are updated daily, and orders can be placed and charged through the site from 7am-10pm daily. If you prefer to place a more traditional order, give us a call at Ext 5611. Orders are typically delivered within 45 minutes; however, some orders do require a bit more time.
  • Getting Around: We have maps of historic Franklin available at the desk and would be happy to point you in the right direction. This is a very walkable area, but if you need to arrange transportation, we recommend scheduling Uber or Lyft in advance. Our Harpeth Ambassadors can also assist you with setting up taxis and black car service.
  • Checking Out: Check out time is at 12pm (noon). You can skip the desk at departure by dropping your keys in the Key Drop box near the elevators or by using your Hilton Honors App. Our Ambassadors will be at the desk for a traditional check out experience and to help you with any questions or requests you may have on your departure day.

All in-room dining orders are subject to state and local taxes, a delivery charge of $5.00, and a service charge of 22%. The service charge includes gratuity. Must be 21 years of age with proper identification to order alcoholic beverages.

We love when furry friends stay with us! Franklin is a very pet friendly town. Franklin was the pilot city for Mars Petcare's Better Cities for Pets program. We are proud to mention they also call Franklin home. At The Harpeth we do have a Pet Fee ($150) that is assessed per stay. This includes use of beds, water & food bowls, welcome gift and daily treats. A few notes to help make the most of your time with us with your furry companion.

When you need to take a bathroom break, we recommend you walk to the right when exiting the lobby front doors, walking down 2nd Avenue towards Bridge Street will provide green space to do your business as well as plenty of spots to stop and sniff. If you stop at the Valet stand and ask nicely, they will give you a treat.

If you would like to take a walk with your owner we have a few recommendations for you! Strolling down Main Street is a great way to say hi to new faces and window shop. We recommend your owner look out for signs in Downtown Franklin business windows. These are part of the Mars Petcare Program. A Green "Pets Welcome" sign indicating where you can enter with your owner, Orange "Pets Welcome on Patio" indicating that you can join your owner on a restaurant's patio and the Red “We love Pets, but…" window sign indicating that furry friends are unfortunately not allowed inside.

If you would rather enjoy the Harpeth River, we love the Bicentennial Park trail that starts at the end of 2nd Avenue after Bridge Street.

While around the hotel exploring, you need to be kept on a leash and should not be up on the furniture. Should you need any additional potty bags, pet bowls, beds, etc. please feel free to let your Harpeth Ambassadors know. They can assist you in any way during your stay.
